Hi, my name is Vicky and today I want to share my thoughts and opinions on Erin Nielsen’s Toned In Ten fitness program.

The food is delicious foods and I now prefer it over any kind of take away food. I’ve also noticed a big change in the way I feel.

Eating healthy and drinking more water, I can now think clearer and feel full of energy where I used to feel foggy and lacked motivation to do anything.

At first I was more focused on the main program but I have to say this is a really good guide, you can tell she knows what she’s talking about.

Erin also gives you a grocery list to help with buying the right foods. It’s pretty flexible and the type of foods are affordable. I recommend buying fresh fruits and veg at local markets, I save a lot of money that way.

Is Toned In Ten Worth Your Money?

Absolutely!

Compared to all the other fitness programs I researched, Toned in Ten is the cheapest at $19.

Some of the programs I researched didn’t have any of the extra content that Erin includes, most were just eBooks and no videos included.

My Toned In Ten Results

I’ve only been following Erin’s program for 5 weeks and so far lost 11 lbs but it is still early days.

What I can say is, this really works and I’m enjoying it. I’ve tried other programs in the past and never followed through, I’d always give up in the first week or get bored with it.

I’m seeing some big changes in the way I feel and the way I think. I used to be so foggy minded but now I can think clearly.

I’m more energetic as well. You would think after a workout you would feel tired but I feel pumped and full of energy , kind of like I’m ready to take on the world.

It’s a great way to start your day – I try do the workouts in the morning.

My kids have noticed a huge change as well. They say things like ‘wow mom, you’re looking great‘ and ‘it’s so good seeing you like this mom, you look happy!‘.

If you find that you’re telling yourself over and over that you will start tomorrow, stop doing that and start today.

Honestly, tomorrow rarely comes and you will just keep putting it back.
